Sponsored annually by the New Hampshire Snowmobile Association on Columbus Day weekend, the event is known as “The Grass Drags”, “Race into Winter” or just “Epping”.

Join over 40,000 enthusiasts for one of the biggest and baddest powersports events. You’ll see some of the fastest snowmobile racers in the world in the grass drags. The fun weekend also includes snowmobile watercross racing. Yes, that’s snowmobiles racing on water. Another crowd favorite is the Rave-X freestyle show with the nationally known Rave-X freestyle team performing X Games style stunts. There’s also lawn mower racing, over 100 vendor displays, an enormous swap meet, vintage snowmobile show, 120 mini-sled racing, spectator challenge, youth zone fun for kids, on-site camping, helicopter rides, awesome food and fun for the whole family!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The event is organized and staffed by volunteers. It’s the largest fundraiser for the New Hampshire Snowmobile Association and helps finance the efforts of the NHSA as well as over 100 participating clubs who maintain snowmobile trails.
